Following factors are considered on recruitment:
Medically fit Category "A" standard as specified by the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
Passed high school or minimum 8th standard education.
Age between 25 to 45 years and minimum height of 5'6".
Physically fit, mentally alert, and smartly turned out.
Proficient in weapon handling and well-versed in sentry and anti-terrorist duties.
Background verification through regimental center, police authorities, and NADRA Pakistan.
Regular supervision, interaction, and implementation of reward & punishment policies.
